Communication was excellent all throughout the selling process. As a seller, Steve kept us informed of anything at the property that needed attention. He also kept us informed of potential buyers comments on the property. Communication between seller and real estate agent was excellent. This takes a lot of worry off of the seller.

Steve did more than I've ever seen a real estate agent do for a real estate transaction. Ours was a complicated transaction dealing with a seller who had unique circumstances. Steve discerned what next steps were strategic and appropriate through the whole process with an eye towards covering of the details. He facilitated appropriate communications with the sellers agent/seller and facilitated this transaction to completion. We cannot imagine this happening without him and are very pleased. He will certainly do the listing of our old home now and we refer anyone listing or selling to use Steve.
