Meet Steve

Steve is an owner of Klapperich Real Estate, an associate broker since 1997, and holds his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. He was a past chapter Vice President of Marketing for The American Marketing Association, an Account Executive for Creative Marketing Unlimited, and has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing with over 175 Million in career real estate sales.

At Klapperich, Steve embraces the reputation built by his parents and past Klapperich agents. He believes in honest guidance and professionalism which sets the firm apart in the area communities. He also understands that a family like atmosphere for both clients and agents will continue to be the building blocks of the business in the future. Understanding real estate is forever changing Steve is determined to provide new tools for agents, new systems of technology, and modern marketing as the new age of buying and selling homes at Klapperich today.

As your guide to homes, Steve feels it is extremely important to be represented by a realtor with high ethical standards, knowledge of the marketplace, and the skills required to add value to every real estate transaction. He loves the Wisconsin lifestyle, its variety of recreation, and the Midwest scenery it offers.  

In his spare time Steve loves time with his wife Trisha and their New Foundland pups Cooper and Tucker. He enjoys exploring new eateries in the communities, trying new microbrews, hunting, fishing, sports, and the outdoors.
